We are committed to providing our services with professionalism, transparency, and clarity, ensuring an exceptional experience, valuable services, and competitive prices. This commitment reflects our dedication to building long-term relationships with our customers based on trust and transparency.

Therefore, we kindly ask you to carefully read the Booking Terms and Conditions before completing any booking. These terms outline the rights and obligations of both Almarsa Travel and Tourism Agency and the customer, aiming to ensure clear procedures and prevent any misunderstanding regarding our services.

1. General Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information provided when making a booking is accurate and complete, including names, passport or ID numbers, dates of birth, travel dates, and any other required information.
Customers are responsible for any costs, fees, or charges resulting from providing incorrect or incomplete information.
Travelers must keep all documents required for their trip and booking, including passports, visas, travel tickets, booking vouchers, and any other relevant documents.
Travel, entry, and visa requirements vary depending on the traveler’s nationality and destination. Customers are responsible for providing all required documents in accordance with applicable regulations.
Service prices do not include any additional fees or expenses unless explicitly stated in the quotation or booking voucher.
Customers are responsible for personal expenses incurred during the trip, including room service, telephone calls, laundry, minibar charges, tips, excess baggage, and unlisted services.
Certain services are subject to the terms and policies of third-party providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators, transportation), which may vary.

2. Booking Confirmation & Payment Methods

A booking is considered confirmed only after the required payment has been received in accordance with the terms applicable to the selected service.

The required deposit or payment amount may vary depending on the service type, travel dates, and service provider policies.

Available Payment Methods:

Cash payment
Online payment
Credit or debit card payment
Bank transfer or bank deposit

Notice: If the required payment is not completed within the specified timeframe, Almarsa Travel reserves the right to cancel the booking or modify the service. Certain payment methods may incur additional transaction fees.

3. Booking Information & Service Vouchers

Customers are responsible for reviewing all information stated in their booking voucher or service confirmation immediately upon receipt. Please verify:

Travelers’ names and dates of birth
Number of adults and children
Arrival and departure dates
Hotel or flight details & room/service type
Flight and transfer schedules

Important: Any error or discrepancy must be reported to Almarsa Travel immediately before the travel date. Additional costs resulting from incorrect information or requested modifications post-issuance are the customer's responsibility.

4. Hotel Bookings

Check-in and check-out times are determined by each hotel property and vary accordingly.
Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur extra fees.
Included room types, facilities, and services are strictly limited to those specified in the voucher.
Hotel imagery is for illustrative purposes; decor and details may vary.
Special requests (connecting rooms, high floors, views, extra beds) are subject to availability and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
Triple rooms may consist of a double/twin room with an added extra bed based on room setup.
Customers are liable for hotel charges incurred from personal services, damages, or missing property.

5. Modification & Cancellation Policy

All modification or cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through Almarsa Travel's official channels. Verbal requests will not be processed without written confirmation.

Cancellation/modification fees depend on supplier policies, timing, and travel season.
Non-refundable bookings will be explicitly identified prior to confirmation.
Fees increase as the departure date approaches and may reach 100% of the booking value.

Unforeseen Circumstances: In cases of force majeure, natural disasters, or major disruptions, requests will be handled in accordance with supplier policies and legal regulations.

6. Passports, Visas & Local Laws

You are responsible for ensuring you possess valid passports and visas for your destination. While we offer guidance, visa rules change frequently and vary by embassy.

Local Laws: Customers must abide by local laws and company rules at all times. In the event of a law breach, Almarsa Travel bears no liability, and the customer assumes full financial and legal responsibility.

لذلك، نرجو منكم قراءة شروط وأحكام الحجز بعناية قبل إتمام أي حجز، حيث توضح هذه الشروط حقوق والتزامات كل من وكالة المرسى للسفر والسياحة والعميل، وتهدف إلى ضمان وضوح الإجراءات وتجنب أي سوء فهم قد ينشأ بشأن الخدمات أو الحجوزات.

أولاً: متطلبات عامة

يجب على العميل التأكد من صحة جميع البيانات المقدمة عند إجراء الحجز، بما في ذلك الأسماء، أرقام جوازات السفر أو الهويات، تواريخ الميلاد، تواريخ السفر وأي بيانات أخرى مطلوبة.
يتحمل العميل مسؤولية أي تكاليف أو رسوم تنتج عن تقديم بيانات غير صحيحة أو غير مكتملة.
يجب على المسافر الاحتفاظ بجميع المستندات المطلوبة للسفر والحجز، بما في ذلك جواز السفر، التأشيرة، تذاكر السفر، قسيمة الحجز وأي مستندات أخرى ذات صلة.
تختلف متطلبات السفر والدخول والتأشيرات بحسب الجنسية والوجهة، ويتحمل العميل مسؤولية توفير المستندات اللازمة وفقًا للمتطلبات المعمول بها.
لا تشمل أسعار الخدمات أي رسوم أو مصروفات إضافية غير موضحة صراحةً في عرض السعر أو قسيمة الحجز.
يتحمل العميل أي مصروفات شخصية خلال الرحلة، مثل خدمات الغرف، المكالمات الهاتفية، خدمة غسيل الملابس، الميني بار، الإكراميات، الأمتعة الإضافية وأي خدمات أخرى غير مدرجة في الحجز.
تخضع بعض الخدمات لشروط وسياسات مزودي الخدمة، مثل شركات الطيران والفنادق ومشغلي الرحلات والنقل، وقد تختلف هذه السياسات من خدمة إلى أخرى.

ثانياً: تأكيد الحجز وطرق الدفع

لا يُعد الحجز مؤكدًا إلا بعد استلام الدفعة المطلوبة وفقًا لشروط الحجز الخاصة بالخدمة.

تختلف قيمة الدفعة المقدمة أو المبلغ المطلوب لتأكيد الحجز بحسب نوع الخدمة ومواعيد السفر وسياسة مزود الخدمة.

طرق الدفع المتاحة:

الدفع النقدي
الدفع الإلكتروني
البطاقات الائتمانية أو بطاقات الخصم
التحويل أو الإيداع البنكي

تنبيه: في حال عدم استكمال الدفعة في الموعد المحدد، يحق لشركة المرسى إلغاء الحجز أو تعديل الخدمة وفقًا للسياسة المعمول بها. قد تخضع بعض طرق الدفع لرسوم إضافية يتم إبلاغ العميل بها قبل إتمام عملية الدفع.

ثالثاً: بيانات الحجز وقسيمة الخدمات

يتحمل العميل مسؤولية مراجعة جميع البيانات الواردة في قسيمة الحجز أو تأكيد الخدمة فور استلامها. يجب التأكد من صحة:

أسماء المسافرين وتواريخ الميلاد
أعداد البالغين والأطفال
تواريخ الوصول والمغادرة
بيانات الفندق، الرحلة، ونوع الغرفة أو الخدمة
مواعيد الرحلات والانتقالات

هام: يجب إبلاغ وكالة المرسى فورًا عن أي خطأ أو اختلاف في البيانات قبل موعد السفر. أي تكاليف إضافية تنتج عن بيانات غير صحيحة أو تغييرات يطلبها العميل بعد إصدار الحجز قد يتحملها العميل بالكامل.

رابعاً: حجوزات الفنادق

تكون مواعيد تسجيل الوصول والمغادرة وفقًا لما يحدده الفندق، وتختلف من منشأة إلى أخرى.
أي طلب للوصول المبكر أو المغادرة المتأخرة يخضع لتوافر الفندق وقد يترتب عليه رسوم إضافية.
نوع الغرفة والمرافق والخدمات المشمولة هي تلك الموضحة في قسيمة الحجز فقط.
الصور المعروضة للفنادق تهدف إلى التعريف بالخدمة، وقد تختلف بعض التفاصيل أو الديكورات.
تخضع طلبات الغرف المتصلة، الأدوار المرتفعة، الإطلالات الخاصة، والأسرة الإضافية لتوافر الفندق ولا تعتبر مؤكدة إلا إذا تم تأكيدها كتابيًا.
الغرفة الثلاثية قد تكون غرفة مزدوجة أو توأم مع إضافة سرير إضافي وفقًا لنظام الفندق.
يتحمل العميل أي رسوم يفرضها الفندق مقابل الخدمات الشخصية، الأضرار، أو المفقودات.

خامساً: تعديل أو إلغاء الحجوزات

يجب تقديم طلبات تعديل أو إلغاء الحجوزات كتابيًا من خلال وسائل التواصل الرسمية المعتمدة لدى وكالة المرسى. لا يُعتد بطلبات الإلغاء أو التعديل الشفهية ما لم يتم تأكيدها كتابياً.

تخضع رسوم الإلغاء والتعديل لسياسة الفندق أو المورد، وتختلف بحسب تاريخ الإلغاء وموسم السفر.
قد تكون بعض الحجوزات غير قابلة للإلغاء أو الاسترداد، ويتم توضيح ذلك قبل تأكيد الحجز.
كلما اقترب موعد السفر، قد ترتفع رسوم الإلغاء أو التعديل وتصل في بعض الحالات إلى كامل قيمة الحجز.

الظروف الاستثنائية: في حال وجود ظروف استثنائية أو أحداث خارجة عن السيطرة (القوة القاهرة)، يتم التعامل مع الطلب وفقًا لسياسات المزودين والقوانين المعمول بها.

سادساً: الجوازات والتأشيرات والقوانين المحلية

العميل مسؤول مسؤولية كاملة عن استخراج وتجديد جوازات السفر والتأشيرات المطلوبة. تقدم الشركة المشورة كدليل استرشادي فقط نظراً لتغير تعليمات السفارات المستمر.

القوانين المحلية: يلتزم العميل بجميع القوانين والأنظمة المحلية للوجهة. في حال مخالفتها، لا تتحمل الشركة أي مسؤولية، ويتحمل العميل كافة التبعات المالية والمالية المترتبة على ذلك.
